Don’t be alarmed, but you may be shrinking . . .
after the age of 40 the disks in the spine lose their fluid and actually compress. By the time they reach 60, most men will have shrunk by about 1 ¼ inches.
For starters, think about your posture every day and concentrate on keeping your spine aligned. You will not only appear taller, your back will thank you! Other healthy tips for your 40s and beyond:
